1. Shipping Methods: We offer expedited shipping options for all orders within Metro & Tier-1 cities and standard shipping options in Tier-2 & Rural areas. The shipping methods available may vary based on the destination in your order.

2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation or telephonic confirmation ( in case of COD ). During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we always strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated flat on order, which is Rs 99.00 per order. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Standard shipping within Metro & Tier-1 cities usually takes 3-5 business days, while Tier-2 and Rural may take 7-15 business days, depending on the location.

Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information ( given you provided us with the E-Mail ) as well as a WhatsApp Message from out team to track your package. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier's website.

6. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
